Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required, including evaluations and development of individualized treatment plans.
• Experience with 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to complete timely, compliant documentation, including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
• Experience supervising or delegating to therapy assistants or other discipline-specific staff preferred.
• Adherence to state Practice Act, professional licensure in good standing, and completion of state-mandated continuing education.
