Senior Accountant

As we scale, we’re seeking a strategic and detail-driven Senior Accountant to own critical elements of our financial operations. This high-impact role will partner directly with leadership to drive financial clarity, operational efficiency, and scalable processes—paving the way for Wellfit’s continued growth and market expansion.
What You’ll Own
• Lead all month-end and year-end close processes with speed, accuracy, and audit readiness.
• Own AR/AP workflows, invoice management, and reconciliations—ensuring financial integrity across the board.
• Deliver financial reporting and variance analysis that shapes business decisions.
• Build and maintain accounting infrastructure in partnership with our FP&A and operations teams.
• Continuously refine accounting procedures to support automation, scalability, and best-in-class compliance.
• Contribute to cash flow forecasting and optimization across multiple business units.
• Interface directly with external auditors and drive successful audit outcomes.
What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of public accounting experience or 5+ years in high-growth environments (a hybrid of both ideal).
• Hands-on experience across the full accounting lifecycle: AR/AP, cash management, purchasing, and expense control.
• Expertise with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.
• Deep fluency in GAAP, internal controls, and financial compliance.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
• A collaborative spirit with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

$95,000 - $110,000 a year
