Litigation Associate (3-6 Years) | Memphis, TN
We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of commercial litigation experience to join our Memphis office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney seeking hands-on litigation experience, professional growth, and a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of commercial litigation experience
- Experience conducting and defending depositions
- Strong drafting skills, including discovery and dispositive motions
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Comfortable appearing in court
- Active Tennessee law license required
- Full-time, in-office position in Memphis
