Body Shop Technician

Location : Arlington, TX

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation: $20+/hr. (based on experience) + full benefits

Position Overview:

Southwest International Trucks is seeking an experienced Body Shop Technician to join our Arlington team. This full-time role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and company incentives.

Body Shop Body Technician Job Responsibilities :

• Perform structural and body panel repairs on diesel trucks
• Repair dry boxes, reefer boxes and FRP on box trucks
• Remove and reinstall interiors and wiring harnesses
• Follow repair orders and communicate with Parts Dept. to obtain needed parts
• Advises Body Shop Manager if additional work is needed
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Complete required documentation daily

Body Shop Body Technician Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record , CDL a plus
• 3 years MINIMUM experience as a Body Shop technician working on Diesel Trucks
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
