Job Description
As an Assembler, you’ll work in the Fabrication Department assembling electrical enclosures and components. You’ll interpret bills of materials, use hand and power tools, and follow work instructions to ensure product quality and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble enclosures, subassemblies, and related components
- Use hand tools, power tools, and tape guns safely and effectively
- Perform visual inspections and verify process accuracy
- Interpret and work from Bill of Materials (BOM), routers, and work instructions
- Install and handle components with care and precision
- Verify product against drawings and specifications
- Manually lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience required (sheet metal or stainless steel experience preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including BOMs and work instructions
- Must be dependable with good attendance and a steady work history
- Manual dexterity and physical ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Able to identify issues and verify product quality
- No previous terminations for misconduct

The base pay range for this position is $17/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
