Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
Graduate of an approved program of Mammography Technology
Current license or temporary license by the Texas Medical Board (MRT)
Registered Radiology Technologist (ARRT-R) certification
Registered Mammography Technologist (ARRT-M) certification
Basic or Advanced Life Support certification

Key Responsibilities:
Perform mammography radiographic exams while adhering to radiation safety procedures
Prepare patients for exams, explain procedures, and administer contrast when necessary
Position patients and select appropriate imaging techniques to ensure high-quality images
Enter and monitor patient data in the system
Conduct quality assurance checks on mammography equipment
Assist with initial and renewal applications for ACR and other accreditations
Report any accidents, complaints, or equipment malfunctions to department management
Participate in emergency on-call rotations within the department
Adhere to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards
Manage time, supplies, and resources efficiently to meet productivity and quality goals
Pursue professional growth through continuing education and skills development
Serve as a mentor and resource for less experienced staff members

Salary:
$31-$45/hr DOE
