Job Overview
Food Runner Responsibilities
- Deliver food quickly, accurately, and with attention to presentation.
- Verify each plate before leaving the kitchen to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service team to keep service running smoothly.
- Support servers by pre-bussing tables, refilling water, and responding to guest requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized expo line and dining room.
- Learn the menu and confidently identify dishes when delivering food.
- Assist with side work, stocking, and opening/closing duties.
- Uphold Armor Brewing's standards of hospitality by creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
Skills & Qualifications
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability.
- Restaurant experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
