Call Center Inside Sales

The CSR Sales Rep will provide a personalized sales experience by helping customers compare and select electricity plans that meet their needs and budget. You'll also have opportunities to recommend additional home services, including internet and home security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers and build rapport through phone conversations
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best energy plans
• Educate customers on available services and cost-saving options
• Upsell and cross-sell additional home services when appropriate
• Address customer concerns and overcome objections using consultative sales techniques
• Close sales and deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate customer information within CRM systems
• Continuously learn about industry trends, products, and services
• Meet and exceed sales and performance goals

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of call center experience
• 2+ years of inside sales, customer retention, or related sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using CRM systems, email, and web-based applications
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and Saturdays

Preferred

• Energy industry experience
• Home services sales experience
• Customer service and consultative selling background
