The incoming Gastroenterologist will enjoy a competitive compensation starting at $720K for general GI and $770K for those performing ERCP – plus potential earnings exceeding $1 million. Opportunity Highlights

• Customize your practice with flexible Traditional or Hospitalist settings, including a block schedule allowing time to travel or spend with family
• The incoming Gastroenterologist will earn a competitive base salary starting at $720K for general GI, with $770K for those performing ERCP, plus wRVU incentives and quality bonuses pushing total earnings past $1 million
• Receive a $50K signing and $10K relocation bonus, plus excellent benefits including 6 weeks of PTO
• Relish seamless travel through the Midland/Odessa airport, offering flights on American, Southwest, Delta, and United Airlines
• Work in a well-rounded practice supported by 2 experienced Gastroenterologists, mid-level providers, and administrative staff
• Perform ERCP with access to advanced facilities, with the hospital willing to invest in EUS equipment for qualified candidates
• Thrive in an established group where GI providers see 25–30 clinic patients per day and perform 6–10 scopes daily during procedures
