Bookkeeper

Requirements <\/h3> Reconcile bank and credit card statements

Process payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
<\/p><\/li>
Post and maintain journal entries
<\/p><\/li>
Perform month -end close activities
<\/p><\/li>
Track fixed assets and prepare depreciation schedules
<\/p><\/li>
Prepare and maintain trial balances
<\/p><\/li>
Maintain accurate and organized financial records
<\/p><\/li>
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners as needed
<\/p><\/li>
High school diploma or equivalent required
<\/p><\/li>
Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
<\/p><\/li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks or similar accounting software
<\/p><\/li>
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
<\/p><\/li>
Solid communication and customer service skills
<\/p><\/li>
