New and Used Car Sales

Looking for Sales Professionals who are hungry to make money! What is a Hungry Sales Professional? A sales associate works closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about your products and recommend the right solutions. A hungry sales associate can make a difference in your business. We are looking for indivuals who are teachable, driven, have a strong work ethic, and are serious about working. Experience is a plus, but not required. Our management team will teach you everything you need to become a successful Sales Professional. You will stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance and high standards. Ultimately, the duties of a Sales Professional are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales objectives.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Actively seek out customers in store, online, & outside of dealership
• Cross sell products
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers

Sales Associate Skills:

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Familiarity with inventory procedures
• Familiarity with accessories
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• follow up with customers
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Availability to work flexible shifts
• Being Bilingual is a plus
