Case Manager – Personal Injury Focus
Location: Lewisville, TX (On-site)
Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 (based on experience)

Our client is seeking a Case Manager with strong knowledge of personal injury case processes—not just from a legal writing perspective, but with a focus on understanding procedures, vetting cases, and navigating attorney and clinic communications. This is an on-site opportunity for someone ready to hit the ground running.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage a caseload of medical lien cases from intake to resolution
• Review case files, medical records, and invoices for completeness and accuracy
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, and medical providers to resolve issues and keep cases on track
• Assess case strength and attorney compliance with organizational standards
• Coordinate legal and billing documentation with internal teams
• Maintain detailed records and generate reports on case progress and collections

What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of experience as a Case Manager in a personal injury firm
• Strong working knowledge of the PI space, including common procedures and clinic processes
• Skilled at reading police reports, evaluating medical necessity, and identifying red flags
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; Salesforce experience a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills—comfortable on the phone and in written correspondence
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Bi-lingual in Spanish strongly preferred
