COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $18–$20/hour (DOE)
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• W2, Full-time
• Estimated start date: 11/17/2025

ROLE IMPACT
The Impound Agent plays a critical role in facilitating timely vehicle recovery by coordinating with customers and impound facilities. This position ensures accurate documentation, negotiates impound fees, and streamlines the inspection and pick-up process. Success in this role is defined by attention to detail, clear communication, and timely decision-making within a fast-paced operational setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review impound notices from tow companies and determine vehicle retrieval requirements
• Contact customers and impound facilities to confirm vehicle pick-up costs and schedule inspections
• Negotiate fees with impound facilities and manage associated documentation
• Coordinate logistics for vehicle pick-up and maintain consistent communication via a shared inbox
• Make informed account decisions using parameters defined during training

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year of auto collections experience
• Familiarity with auto insurance or impound processes REQUIRED
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with email and shared mailbox tools

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Outlook
• Shared email inbox systems
• Typing (40+ WPM)
• Phone communication systems
• Document management platforms
• Scheduling software
• CRM or case management systems (preferred)

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in the auto or insurance industry
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks in a high-volume environment
