Telephone agent Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $11.00 to $13.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available ( Sunday through Saturday from 08:00am to 11:00pm )

• Professional Call Greeting & Etiquette Answer incoming calls promptly and with a courteous, professional tone.
• Use clear pronunciation and proper grammar to ensure effective communication. Uphold strong telephone etiquette to reflect positively on the client's business.
• Clearly identify the purpose of the call through active listening and professional inquiry.
• Gather all relevant information needed to assist the caller efficiently.
• Accurately record detailed messages, including the caller’s name, contact information, and the reason for calling.
• Urgent/Emergency Call Handling Recognize and respond appropriately to urgent or emergency situations.
• Follow escalation procedures and notify the correct contact promptly and professionally.
• Administrative & Clerical Support Assist with administrative or clerical tasks as assigned by clients or management.
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Telephone agent Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in data entry and typing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Customer service-oriented mindset

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
