RPA and Data Analyst
The Role We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Developer to support the development of Tableau dashboards using Snowflake as a data source, and to assist in building intelligent automation solutions using Power Automate RPA tools. This role requires foundational knowledge of SQL and experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. The ideal candidate will contribute to designing, deploying, and maintaining automation and reporting solutions that enhance operational efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making across business units. The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards connected to Snowflake data sources.
Assist in building and optimizing Power Automate flows for business process automation.
Write and troubleshoot basic SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
Testing RPA and Dashboard data results to ensure accuracy
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reports and automation workflows.
Support data quality checks and performance tuning of dashboards and flows.
Document processes, workflows, and dashboard logic for future reference and scalability.
Monitor existing RPA flows to ensure completion and addressing any issues that may come up Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Basic proficiency in SQL (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI for report/dashboard development.
Exposure to Power Automate or other RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
Understanding of Snowflake architecture and ability to connect it to BI tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and documentation abilities. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Experience with other automation platforms or scripting languages.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
Ability to work in Agile or cross-functional teams.
