Food & Beverage Supervisor - McDade's | Full-time ~ $19/hr
- Lead and inspire a team of associates, offering coaching, motivation, and hands-on support to keep service upbeat and efficient.
- Develop talent by assisting with training programs that strengthen product knowledge, service skills, and teamwork.
- Oversee key operations , including scheduling, payroll coordination, and interviewing new team members.
- Collaborate closely with culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service, especially during peak morning and resort-activity rushes.
- Uphold exceptional standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and guest engagement.
