Your New Role

• Perform residential and light commercial HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair throughout the I-35 corridor, covering Bell, Williamson, Travis, and McLennan counties

• Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment

• Inspect HVAC systems to identify mechanical and electrical issues

• Explain repair recommendations clearly and professionally to homeowners and customers

• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a clean, professional appearance

• Complete service documentation accurately using company software and mobile technology

• Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and equipment

• Occasionally assist with HVAC equipment installations

• Follow all safety procedures and industry best practices

• Work independently while communicating effectively with the owner and team

• Represent Irish Air with integrity, professionalism, and reliability

• 3 to 5 years of residential and/or light commercial HVAC service experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• EPA Universal Certification required

• Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair

• Experience servicing residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Professional attitude with a strong work ethic

• Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and follow company processes

• Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to safely lift equipment and work in indoor and outdoor environments

• Proficiency using mobile technology for service documentation
