What You’ll Do:
- Provide compassionate personal care to a set caseload of hospice patients.
- Assist with daily living activities, ensuring patient comfort and dignity.
- Document care and communicate effectively with the nursing team.
- Foster meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

What We’re Looking For:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Texas.
