CDL-A Long-Haul Flatbed Transport Specialist

A Day on the Road
You’ll manage your rig and your schedule with precision—securing diverse flatbed loads, navigating cross-country routes, and representing the company with professionalism at every stop.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive and manage flatbed tractor-trailers over extended distances to deliver freight safely and efficiently.
- Secure cargo correctly (e.g., strapping, tarping) and verify compliance with safety requirements.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance.
- Record hours of service, mileage, and fuel usage accurately.
- Coordinate proactively with dispatch and customers on ETAs, schedules, and any issues that arise.
- Follow all DOT rules as well as federal, state, and local traffic regulations.
- Assist with loading and unloading as needed.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the company on the road.
What You Bring
- CDL Class A with a clean driving record.
- 2+ years of flatbed driving experience preferred.
- Deep familiarity with DOT regulations and safety best practices.
- Capability to lift heavy items and handle the physical aspects of load securement.
- Clear communication skills and a professional, customer-first approach.
- Resourceful, independent problem-solver.
- Willing to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; extra certifications are a plus.

Pay - 22% of load
