Summary & Description
A leading industrial distributor is seeking a seasoned Senior Inside Sales Representative to drive sales performance through proactive account management and customer engagement. This role is ideal for someone with experience in B2B or industrial distribution sales, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by growth opportunities and performance-based rewards.
Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound sales activities, managing the full sales cycle for an assigned customer base
Build and sustain strong client relationships by providing tailored product solutions
Process orders, follow up on quotes, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities for account growth and support the achievement of sales goals
Strong communication and organizational abilities
High attention to detail and excellent follow-through
Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
3-5 years of experience in industrial distribution, B2B sales, or related fields
Background in logistics, supply chain, or customer service is a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
