SUMMARY: Were hiring a pragmatic Full-Stack Product Engineer to own vertical slices of customer products across React/Next.js and Node.js/Fastify, with Prisma and PostgreSQL. A key part of this role is intentional prototyping, paired with close collaboration with Product / Project Managers. We build custom software for real operational environments. That means we often start with fast, focused prototypes to validate workflows, reduce risk, and learn quickly alongside customers and our Product/Project partners. Once the business intent and requirements solidify, we harden it into production-grade software. We are also intentionally leaning into AI as a force multiplier. Youll use AI agents to accelerate specification, implementation, and testing not as a shortcut, but as leverage to move faster while maintaining quality.
