We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Float/Caregiver to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a commitment to early childhood education and the methods.
Responsibilities
- Fill in sub as needed
- Cooking, cleaning, organizing center.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among students.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere for all children.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience of students.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment that is conducive to learning.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
- Help keep TRS up to date.
Skills
- Experience working with children in a classroom or caregiving setting.
- Effective classroom management techniques to maintain order and promote positive behavior.
- Ability to educate young learners through engaging activities tailored to their developmental needs.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A nurturing attitude combined with patience and creativity in teaching methods.
