Customer Service Representative
At **AgencyCRM**, we are expanding our team and looking for a **Customer Service Representative** to provide excellent client support and ensure a smooth customer experience. This beginner-friendly role is ideal for those starting an online career, with training provided and no prior experience required.
**Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
* Handle customer concerns, complaints, and issues with patience and empathy.
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed.
* Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM tools.
