Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Defineend-to-end solution architectures for complex, multi-system environments.
  
• Translatebusiness requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technicaldesigns.
  
• Providearchitectural direction for .NET (C#, .NET Core), Web API, Azureservices , and Angular -based applications.
  
• Leadarchitectural reviews, design workshops, POCs, and technical evaluations.
  
• Ensurealignment with enterprise architecture, security guidelines, andcompliance standards.
  

Technical Leadership

• Serveas the technical authority for engineering teams across the deliverylifecycle.
  
• Guidedevelopment teams in implementing architectural patterns, coding bestpractices, and performance optimization.
  
• Mentortechnical leads and engineers on architecture concepts, frameworks, andemerging technologies.
  
• Providegovernance on technical decisions, trade-offs, and technology selection.
  
• Architectsolutions leveraging LLM-based agents and AI orchestrationframeworks .
  
• Definestrategy for integrating LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel,or similar ecosystems.
  
• Overseedesign patterns for AI integration, prompt engineering, model interaction,and data flow.
  

Delivery Enablement

• Partnerwith product owners and delivery managers to establish scope,architectural milestones, and technical roadmaps.
  
• Collaboratewith DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code , andenvironment strategy (Azure DevOps preferred).
  
• Drivearchitectural consistency across distributed teams and ensure smoothknowledge flow between onsite/offshore groups.
  
• Conductarchitecture assessments, code reviews, and performance audits.
  
• Identifyopportunities to optimize systems, improve reliability, and reducetechnical debt.
  
• Staycurrent with emerging technologies, architecture frameworks, and cloudcapabilities.
  
• Recommendimprovements to development processes, engineering practices, and deliverypatterns.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+years of experience in software engineering and solution delivery.
  
• 5+years of experience in an Architect role or equivalent (SolutionArchitect / Technical Architect / Principal Engineer).
  
• Deepexpertise in .NET Framework / .NET Core, C#, Web API, SQL, and EntityFramework .
  
• Experiencedesigning solutions using Azure cloud services (Compute, Storage,Networking).
  
• Architectureexperience with frontend frameworks (Angular preferred).
  
• Hands-onexperience designing LLM-based agent architectures and AIintegration patterns.
  
• Familiaritywith LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel , or similar AIecosystems.
  
• Strongunderstanding of DevOps , CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deploymentmodels.
  
• Excellentcommunication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  
• Provenexperience working with offshore/onshore distributed teams .
  
• Strongunderstanding of Agile methodology and architectural roles in Agiledelivery.
