Customer Success Technician

The Customer Success Technician will work directly with mining and construction customers to install, integrate, and maintain Teleo’s remote operation and AI systems on heavy equipment. This role requires strong hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude, the ability to work independently in field environments, and a willingness to learn complex, cross-domain systems.
Responsibilities Include:
- Measuring and integrating mechanical and electrical components
- Installing and optimizing on-equipment systems and network infrastructureT
- roubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and connectivity issues
- Supporting new vehicle, control station, and network deployments
- Performing routine maintenance and service visits
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Technician or Mechanic role
- Experience in Mining, Construction, Mechanical, Automotive, or other Industrial fields
- Experience integrating mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems preferred
- Hands-on experience with electrical systems, including rework and splicing
- Ability to use electrical test instruments (multimeter, continuity tester, etc.)Comfortable working from technical drawings and schematics
- Proficient with computers (email, chat tools, spreadsheets, documentation)
- Comfortable using power tools (grinder, drill, fabrication tools) and performing mechanical assemblies
- Physically capable of performing field work, including lifting, climbing, and working on heavy equipment
- Ability and willingness to travel 50%+ to customer sites (regional driving and periodic out-of-state travel)
- Strong communication skills and professional customer interaction
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, evolving technical environment
- Strong work ethic and accountability
Preferred Qualifications/Bonus Points
- Ability to use CAD platforms
- Understanding of electrical diagram platforms
- Comfortable configuring computers and networks
$70,000 - $100,000 a year
You will travel to customer sites (50%+ travel required), operating within customer time constraints and safety conditions to complete installations of Teleo’s hardware, electrical, and network systems
