FUNCTIONAL LEAD, ORACLE HCM-ERP INTEGRATION
- Lead the end-to-end integration of the current HCM system with Oracle ERP, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Engage in proactive and transparent communication with all project team members, key stakeholders and leadership to keep them informed and address their concerns throughout the integration process.
- Take ownership of change management initiatives, guiding the organization through system transitions, addressing resistance, and ensuring stakeholder buy-in for new processes and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, IT, and external consultants to gather requirements, define integration strategies, and establish project timelines.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert on Oracle HCM and its interoperability with Oracle ERP, providing guidance on best practices, process optimization, and data migration.
- Design, document, and oversee the execution of integration processes, addressing data mapping, transformation, and validation needs.
- Identify and mitigate integration risks, troubleshooting issues as they arise and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle HCM and ERP product enhancements, leveraging new features to improve integration outcomes.
- Develop and execute project plans with the team in a timely manner to deliver HCM requirements according to the larger project timeline.
- Report project status, milestones, and metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM and Oracle ERP systems, including at least 2 full-cycle integration projects.
- In-depth understanding of HCM and ERP business processes and data structures.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with integration tools, middleware, and data migration techniques relevant to Oracle platforms.
- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle ERP Cloud).
- Change management experience in enterprise system transitions.
- Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
