General Assembler

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop a basic understanding of production processes and equipment within your assigned area.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures.
• Safely transport materials using material handling equipment, following established safety guidelines.
• Monitor personal and peer behaviors, work environment, and housekeeping to ensure adherence to safety procedures.
• Be available for overtime as needed to meet production demands.
• Perform all duties with attention to quality, safety, and environmental concerns, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and responding to hazards.
• Take responsibility for environmental impacts of work performed, identify and report environmental problems, and complete required regulatory training.
• Complete the Operator Training Program as per guidelines.
• Be flexible and willing to take on other projects or assignments as requested by management.
• Seek opportunities to simplify or improve products, services, systems, and processes.

Experience Required

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• 4 months of work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand Basic English preferred.
• Operating skills of manufacturing equipment, tools, and hand/pallet jack preferred.
• Problem-solving skills are highly valued.

Eligibilities & qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Work experience in manufacturing preferred.
