Position: Front Desk Representative Location: Houston, TX Schedule: Weekends Off Salary: $700 - $850 per week Job Description: Seronda Networks Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site) We are seeking a professional and highly organized Front Desk Representative to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests and clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive impression for our establishment. Your responsibilities will include managing the daily operations of the front desk, greeting and assisting visitors, handling phone calls, and ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and courteously. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Manage reservations and check-in/check-out processes.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Assist guests with information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Handle payment transactions and processing.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
• Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using office software and technology, including booking systems.
