What is the Opportunity?

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction activities on the Samsung Semiconductor project in Taylor, Texas. This role is responsible for managing field operations, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and coordinating with project management, subcontractors, and other trades on a fast-paced, high-profile industrial project.

What You'll Do Here:

• Lead and supervise all on-site electrical construction activities
• Manage electrical foremen, crews, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, NEC, local codes, and safety regulations
• Coordinate daily work plans with project managers, other superintendents, and trade partners
• Enforce site safety programs and conduct regular safety meetings
• Monitor schedule, manpower, productivity, and material usage
• Review drawings, specifications, and RFIs; identify constructability issues
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
• Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and manpower tracking
• Proactively identify and resolve field issues to minimize delays or rework

What You Bring to the Team:

• Prior experience on semiconductor or cleanroom facilities
• Experience working on union and/or merit shop projects
• Familiarity with commissioning processes
• Proficiency with project management and reporting software
