Network Analyst

IDR is seeking a Network Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting and managing enterprise network systems within a technology-driven organization. The company specializes in network solutions and infrastructure services, providing an environment that fosters innovation and technical excellence.

Position Overview for the Network Analyst:

• Develops, administers, and supports enterprise network systems, including design, architecture, and topology development
• Monitors network performance, analyzes issues, and manages fault/problem resolution
• Configures and maintains network devices such as Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and SD-WAN solutions
• Supports network monitoring tools including WhatsUp, MRTG, and ThousandEyes
• Provides 24-hour on-call support, including evenings and weekends, with remote access maintenance and cable management

Requirements for the Network Analyst:

• 2+ years of experience with Cisco network infrastructure, including configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and Cisco ISE in an enterprise environment
• Experience with SD-WAN and wireless networking technologies, particularly VMware VeloCloud and Cisco Meraki
• Experience with network monitoring and performance analysis tools, such as WhatsUp, MRTG, ThousandEyes, and Cisco DNA Center
• Knowledge of core networking protocols and services, including TCP/IP, DHCP, VoIP, and enterprise network troubleshooting
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments and scripting, including shell or similar scripting languages for automation and log management
