- Advocate for clients' needs within the healthcare system and community.
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas.
- Experience in clinical settings, preferably with diverse populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and ethical standards in social work.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and environments.
