Job Description

Assisted Living

Assisted Living Executive Director RCC or Nurse

None

Department Staff

Provides caregiver services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans facility policies and procedures and at the direction of supervisor(s).

As a Caregiver You Will:

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with activities of daily living (bathing dressing grooming etc.).
• Engage residents in conversation and activities to promote their well-being.
• Maintain a safe and clean living environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents families and staff.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive community atmosphere.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience working with seniors preferred
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
