Job/Practice Description: Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician

• Team of 8 IM / FMs and 7 APPs.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, flexible schedule, 4.5 days in clinic.
• 100% outpatient.
• Average patient volume: 14-22 patients per day.
• AI integration with EPIC EMR to assist with notes.
