This is an in-office role and onsite at the Deloitte University (DU) Campus, in Westlake, TX.

While DU was primarily created for Deloitte professionals, we also invite clients to participate in specialized programs including Greenhouse® labs, transition labs for executive leaders, multi-client programs and signature experiences, such as the next-gen academy programs. This role will be part of the DU Greenhouse team that focuses on created elevated, memorable experiences for clients coming to DU.

Work you'll do

The Deloitte Greenhouse® is searching for an experienced professional to join the Breakthrough Experience team as an Experience Lead . This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, stretch your critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and network with executive-level clients and Deloitte leaders. You will be responsible for:

People Leadership: Fostering a collaborative, customer-centric, and inspiring environment with a focus on mentorship, development, and well-being. We are seeking an individual who thrives on team-oriented leadership and who is committed to growing and inspiring talent.

Relationship Building: Building and managing relationships with clients and Deloitte account teams. You will support the site lead with business development, strategic account partnership and stakeholder engagement. We are looking for someone with strong stakeholder management skills who enjoys cultivating and growing relationships

Experience Design: Maintaining accountability for experience designs, including providing feedback to drive the design forward and build the design capabilities and creativity of the delivery team, identifying appropriate subject matter advisors and IP, conducting pre-lab interviews, and ensuring an immersive experience for participants. We are looking for someone with strong design thinking and creative problem-solving skills who is passionate about creating innovative and dynamic experiences.

Experience Delivery: Serving as the lead facilitator, actively engaging all participants, synthesizing key insights during facilitation, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all participants. We are looking for someone with excellent facilitation/presentation skills who can confidently interact with senior executives and manage ambiguity.

Project Management: Overseeing the project management for all assigned labs, which includes providing support and guidance to lab teams in setting and tracking milestones and identifying and resolving risks.

Project Leadership: In addition to delivering client experiences, you may also have the opportunity to support national or local special projects, test creative and innovative approaches that could be leveraged in the Deloitte Greenhouse® portfolio and assist the site lead with team and operations management. We are seeking an individual who enjoys taking on new challenges and pushing boundaries.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience; at least 3 years of client service experience
  • Strong executive presence, as well as strong writing and oral presentation skills
  • Excellent facilitation skills with ability to manage pivots in the moment
  • Well-developed analytical skills - ability to synthesize group discussions into concise / concrete bullet points and help steer abstract dialogue into actionable themes
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the client and industries that you serve
  • Residency in the DFW metroplex with ability to be in-office a minimum of 3 days a week at Deloitte University, 1 Deloitte Way, Westlake, TX 76262

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,700 to $229,500.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
