Within the Radiology department, the Compliance and Radiology Manager will help elevate a comprehensive imaging service line spanning diagnostic imaging, CT, MRI, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, breast imaging, interventional radiology, and fast-track ambulatory imaging. This Radiology and Compliance Manager will oversee regulatory readiness (ACR, The Joint Commission, state licensure), HIPAA and privacy safeguards, audit cycles, incident reviews, corrective action plans, peer review, credentialing support, and policy development. Daily responsibilities for the Compliance and Radiology Manager include KPI ownership for turnaround, dose index, schedule optimization, and patient flow, plus capital planning, vendor alignment, and technology upgrades.
