What we are looking for is a professional that can do the following:

• Ability to adopt and utilize all administrative software tools as required (Aspire, Calendars, email, etc.)
• Accurately and consistently follow all Company and Administrative procedures
• Expert on all Client Contracts within assigned book of business
• Proactively schedule and plan service activities based on budgetary requirements and account expectations communicated by the Vice President and Office Manager.
• Communicate recommendations to management to effectively manage the assigned book of business in the most efficient, effective and profitable ways
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients through proactive communication
• Establish themselves as a primary, reliable point of contact for their accounts
• Perform weekly property audits for overall Customer Service and QC
• Provide support and/or clarity on contract scope and obligations, ensuring all contract obligations are fulfilled
• Ability to train Crew Leaders on all aspects of their job
• Responsible for all tracking all on-site labor and all non-productive time associated with assigned book of business
• Responsible for tracking all direct or material costs for any enhancement work performed within the assigned book of business
• Ability to hold Crew Leaders accountable for outlined production rates
• Execute appropriate paperwork for Work Order items reported by Crew Leader
• Develop estimates as needed for enhancement work for internal review and submission to Client
• Develop estimates as needed for maintenance contract for internal review and submission to Client
• Highly proficient in maintaining Job files and Customer documents in accordance with Company procedures

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education HS Diploma or GED
• Valid TX Driver’s License and good driving history
• Moderate to heavy physical labor as needed
• Trustworthy, organized, reliable and self-starter
• Excel Spreadsheets
• Microsoft Office Programs
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the landscape field.
• General knowledge of pesticide, herbicide, and application of those products.
• Minor irrigation repair and troubleshooting, ability to modify irrigation controllers.
• Bi-lingual is preferred.
• Ability to use multiple Apps throughout day as well as proficient with web-based software and excel spreadsheets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,133.00 - $74,624.00 per year
