Job Description

The Facility Maintenance Technician performs a wide range of skilled maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional facility. This includes installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining building systems and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily facility inspections and report or address repair needs
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and building systems
• Complete and track work orders, maintain documentation, and update inventory logs
• Assist with construction oversight and interact with vendors/contractors
• Respond to off-hour emergencies and ensure compliance with safety protocols

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required; 3+ years of facility maintenance experience
• Journeyman Electrician or HVAC license is a plus
• Experience with cleanroom environments and building automation systems is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and perform physically demanding tasks
• Must lift up to 75 lbs, work in confined spaces, and be available for night shifts/weekends

The base pay range for this position is $18.00–$25.00 , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
