Salesforce Developer - Field Service Lightning
Saronic Technologies is a leader in revolutionizing autonomy at sea, dedicated to developing state-of-the-art solutions that enhance maritime operations through autonomous and intelligent platforms.Job OverviewWe are seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Field Service Lightning to build and optimize field service solutions. This role will focus on scheduling, dispatch, and mobile workforce enablement within Salesforce.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop solutions within Salesforce Field Service LightningCustomize FSL components including work orders, service appointments, and schedulingDevelop Apex, Lightning components, and automation for FSL use casesIntegrate FSL with other enterprise systems such as ERP and middlewareCollaborate with stakeholders to improve field service processesSupport mobile solutions and offline capabilitiesEnsure performance, scalability, and usability of FSL implementationsTroubleshoot and resolve platform issuesMaintain technical documentation and best practicesQualifications5 to 8 plus years of Salesforce development experienceHands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service LightningStrong experience with Apex and Lightning componentsUnderstanding of scheduling and field operations workflowsExperience with integrations and APIsSalesforce FSL certification preferredStrong problem-solving and collaboration skillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fieldPhysical DemandsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasional standing and walking within the office. Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. Visual acuity to read screens, documents, and reports. Occasional reaching, bending, or stooping to access file drawers, cabinets, or office supplies. Lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g., office supplies, packages).
