Salary: 1099 Contractor

The Field Assessor is highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. Naturally driven to provide excellent customer service and instill trust, our property inspector is a natural communicator with attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a professional demeanor.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services, and adhere to strict time schedules
• Perform work promptly
• Schedule, communicate, and complete Move-Out Assessments
• Schedule, communicate, and complete Initial/Re-Inspect Assessments
• Schedule, communicate, complete, & invoice Periodic Assessments
• Maintain the established customer service standards for both Owners and Tenants
• Protect and promote the company culture and morale
• Promptly respond, pursue, and resolve customer and vendor issues
• Manage work order service request flow, ensuring all service requests are properly maintained in company software, including notes, documents, and updates

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in management, or suitable experience.
• Ability to prepare, write, and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff.
• Local area knowledge
• A minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
• Knowledge of the Internet and email
• General maintenance, repair, handyman skills, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, landscaping, and HVAC are a plus.
