Consistently ranked among ENR’s Top 5 firms since 2003, we’re proud to remain #1 in Program Management, Water Infrastructure, and #2 in Transportation engineering design globally.
As our Client Account Manager for municipal transportation clients across the Dallas–Fort Worth area, you’ll lead the charge in shaping Jacobs’ presence in one of our areas with the greatest opportunities for growth. This is your opportunity to drive meaningful impact, elevate our client relationships, and help build what’s next for a rapidly growing area in our West Central Geography.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for municipal clients and contractors, driving client service excellence and growth strategy.

- Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients and industry partners to expand Jacobs’ presence and influence.

- Lead pursuit and proposal strategy, confirming disciplined sales processes and compelling win themes.
- Collaborate with project and sales teams on pursuit planning, proposal development, interviews, and presentations.
- Represent Jacobs in industry and community organizations to enhance visibility and brand presence.
- Charter and guide multi-disciplinary client service teams around a shared vision of client success, engaging executive sponsors when appropriate.
- Stay current on industry trends, funding programs, and regulatory changes to anticipate client needs and identify new opportunities.
