We’re hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company on social media and planning company events. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented. Responsibilities: • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary • Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible • Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand • Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry • Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments • Move and place Real Estate signs at properties • Placing and removing key boxes on properties • Provide general outside support to the Listing Team Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED • Weekend and evening availability • Real estate license preferred • Must have a valid Texas driver's license • Able to regularly lift, move, and place 15 pounds • Must have excellent time-management skills • Licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson or in the process of acquiring the license, preferred About Company: Backed by our "Go Serve Big" mission statement, Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty strives to be the best place to work, buy, and sell real estate guaranteed.Our "Go Serve Big" mission is a give-back, pay-it-forward approach for our agents and their clients.
