TeamHealth currently has a full-time (FT), part-time (PT) and PRN openings for an emergency medicine (EM) physician for UT Health Henderson in Henderson, Texas . Qualified candidates must be board certified/board eligible in emergency medicine (ABEM or ABOEM) or internal medicine/family practice with emergency medicine experience. UT Health Henderson is one of 10 facilities that comprise UT Health East Texas:- Comprised of 10 hospitals

- Home health services covering 41 counties
- EMS fleet of more than 45 ambulances, 4 helicopters
- Comprehensive 7 trauma center care network
- Level 1 Trauma Center
- Partnership with the University of Texas System, providing patients access to leading-edge research and clinical therapies
Facility Highlights:
- 15,432 annual visits
- 96-bed community hospital
- 24 hours of physician coverage
- 12- and 24-hour shifts
- Level IV Trauma
- Level III stroke support facility designated by the Texas Department of State Health Services
- Emergency room nurses with Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Emergency Pediatric Course (EPNC)
- Diagnostic services featuring X-Ray, Ultrasound, CT with iDose radiation reduction and other imaging modalities when needed
- Laboratory services on-site
- Private treatment rooms
- Transfer to UT Health Tyler Level 1 Trauma center
