Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Audiologist (AuD.) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is committed to best practices, values patient education, and thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment.

You’ll have the autonomy to practice at the highest clinical standard with modern equipment, a caring and engaged team, and a culture that prioritizes quality, community involvement, and long-term patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic audiologic evaluations
• Develop treatment plans and make recommendations and establish realistic expectations with patient’s needs.
• Hearing aid evaluations, fittings, follow ups, and troubleshooting with a variety of hearing aid manufacturers.
• Maintain all clinical records and reports congruent with clinic protocols and standards, including HIPAA.
• Stay up to date on changes in the field of audiology.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Treating adults
• Community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• AuD. preferred, a master’s degree in Audiology acceptable.
• NJ state license or ability to acquire.
• Minimum of one-year private practice experience
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with a flexible attitude
• The ability to work and contribute to a team environment as well as autonomy.
• Self-motivated to increase practice revenue and satisfaction.
• Strong compassion, care, and respect for patients
