About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Midland, Texas, 79701!

Shift

• Night Shift
• 3×12 hours per week
• 19:00 – 07:00

Responsibilities:

• Provide care in labor , antepartum , triage , and transition areas
• Circulate for C-sections and assist with deliveries
• Perform fetal monitoring (external & internal)
• Manage labor medications: Pitocin, magnesium sulfate, antihypertensives , etc.
• Start/maintain IVs , draw blood, administer blood products
• Provide neonatal care at delivery (APGAR scoring, baby transition)
• Recognize and respond to obstetric emergencies
• Float to Antepartum when needed
• Charting (Cerner preferred)

• Travel experience: Not required (as long as clinical experience fits)

• AWHONN Intermediate – Preferred *
• AWHONN Advanced – Preferred *
• FHM – Preferred *
