Orthodontic Marketing Manager
MB2 Dental, a first-of-its-kind Dental Partnership Organization (DPO) founded in 2007, is searching for an Orthodontic Marketing Manager to join our team in Carrollton, TX! This is an excellent opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment while independently managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
The Orthodontic Marketing Manager role is focused on building and executing strategies that drive growth for orthodontic practices within our network. Unlike general dentistry, orthodontics requires a specialized approach emphasizing treatment journeys, patient education, smile transformations, and referral-based growth. This position bridges the gap between tactical campaign execution and high-level strategic planning, ensuring orthodontic practices receive tailored marketing support to stand out in their local markets.
You’ll provide leadership within the marketing team, manage complex projects, optimize campaign performance, and mentor junior team members while collaborating closely with leadership to advance orthodontic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns designed specifically for orthodontic practices.
- Develop creative, data-driven strategies highlighting ortho-focused messaging such as treatment timelines, smile transformations, referral outreach, and patient retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams and affiliate orthodontic practices to ensure marketing aligns with both local office needs and company goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights to refine orthodontic marketing strategies.
- Assist in developing marketing plans for new orthodontic initiatives, practice expansions, and community outreach opportunities.
- Manage relationships with affiliate orthodontic offices, ensuring strategies reflect both local needs and MB2’s overall objectives.
- Support budget tracking and resource allocation for orthodontic marketing campaigns.
- Manage and provide direction to the Orthodontic Marketing Coordinator, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor and analyze key marketing KPIs (such as new patient numbers, referrals, and campaign ROI) to measure success and inform strategy.
- Provide excellent customer service to affiliated practices by responding promptly to needs, building strong relationships, and delivering high-quality marketing support.
- Oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously, maintaining deadlines and ensuring deliverables meet organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of orthodontic marketing experience is highly preferred.
- Top-tier communication skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
