We’re looking for a highly organized, driven, and professional Corporate Account Billing Manager to join our corporate team in Midland, TX.

Position Overview:

As the Corporate Account Billing Manager , you will be the liaison between our Sales, Operations, and Employer-Client teams. You’ll be responsible for managing accurate and timely billing, overseeing corporate accounting processes, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring the highest level of compliance in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Billing & Accounting:

• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, balance sheet, and month-end accounting functions

• Audit third-party service agreements to verify pricing accuracy

• Manage invoicing, billing cycles, accounts receivable, and accounts payable

• Resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely collections

• Prepare weekly payroll and audit collector job logs

• Communicate with Employer-Clients regarding payments, invoices, and contract updates

Client Onboarding & Support:

• Support Sales team with onboarding of new clients

• Answer billing inquiries and provide demonstrations of service coordination

• Act as liaison between client companies and internal departments

• Assist clients with compliance documentation and training needs

• Become a subject matter expert in DOT compliance, TPA services, and drug/alcohol screening procedures

Service Fulfillment & Compliance:

• Support coordination of occupational health services, background screening, and drug testing programs

• Serve as overflow certified collection specialist for in-clinic and onsite testing

• Assist in community outreach events and corporate initiatives

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in billing, accounting, or administrative roles (QuickBooks experience a plus)

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and client-facing communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment

• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Familiarity with DOT regulations, TPA/CRA concepts, and occupational health services is a strong plus

• High school diploma or GED required (associate or bachelor’s in accounting or business preferred)

Schedule & Compensation:

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Compensation: $17.65/hr (40 hours/week), paid weekly

• PTO: Accrue up to 80 hours annually + 1 Personal Day after 6 months

• Phone & travel reimbursements available per company policy
