Trail Drive Management Corp. (TDMC) is a not-for-profit venue management company in Fort Worth, Texas. TDMC manages all aspects of venue management, including but not limited to event booking, event management, marketing, IT, technical services, food & beverage, parking, security, housekeeping, changeover, maintenance, and more. TDMC manages several venues in Fort Worth, TX.

Job Summary:

Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC) is looking for a part-time Suites & Loge Box Runner. The Runner position is responsible for delivering accurate food and beverage orders to the suites on the suites/club level. They work with the pantry coordinators, attendants, and other runners to maintain food quality, hold times, and safety/sanitation standards of the department.

Essential Job Functions:

• Transporting cold and hot food from the pantry to the suites via tri-level cart
• Organize refrigerators with correct beverage orders or in bus tubs
• Cleaning the suites after guests leave
• Maintain clear communication with the pantry coordinator
• Clean pantry/maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Complete the assigned side work for the night
• Visit the warehouse on the service level as needed to acquire items low in stock
• Professionally communicate with suite guests during drop-offs
• Assist suite attendants with their needs during a rush
• Assist dessert cart by pushing cart and passing out items
• Have full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments
• Be comfortable with the arena and know how to navigate personally, as well as assist guests
• Support any other Food & Beverage departments as needed
• Work with counterparts to ensure event standards of service are reached
• Help maintain and ensure excellent customer service
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Previous restaurant or arena work recommended but not required.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organization and prioritization.
• Strong attention to detail and proven customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including – nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to communicate effectively with management, guests, and team members.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Working Conditions:

• Employees will work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures.
• Employees must have the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Employees will regularly spend their shift standing/walking, traveling stairs, with limited to no sitting.
• Employees will be exposed to high noise levels and/or fluctuating lights in event settings.
• Employees may be exposed to sharp objects, machines with moving parts, heat from ovens, burners, steam, trays, etc.
• Employees must have the ability to reach, lift, and bend to perform job duties throughout the shift.
• Employees may be exposed to hazards associated with moving vehicles and require strict adherence to safety protocols.

Other Duties:

• During the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo (Mid-January through early February), there will be opportunities for significant consecutive-day shifts ranging from 8 am – 8 pm
