Customer Service Coordinator
Location Lewisville, TX | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $16.00/hr
• 8:00am–6:00pm, Monday–Friday, with Saturday as needed
• W2, Temp to Hire
• Start date: 1/12/2026
ROLE IMPACT
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the internal service and installation department of a national retail-focused organization. This role involves managing communications, tracking order data, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient program support. Ideal for candidates seeking stability and growth in a company that promotes from within.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as primary point of contact for program-related communications and customer support
• Coordinate and monitor service levels with retail and vendor partners
• Maintain order tracking reports and ensure accuracy in internal databases
• Provide administrative support and coordinate departmental meetings
• Process damage claims and manage employee purchase records
• Enter and maintain data in multiple internal systems
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• No more than 2 jobs within the past 3 years
• Must live within a 30 mile radius of Lewisville, TX
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in vendor or partner coordination
• Background in service program administration
• Familiarity with claims or issue resolution
