A Day in the Life of an Insurance Sales Agent at our Agency:
1) We start the morning with our Daily Team Training
2) Create insurance quotes for prospects over the phone
3) Ensure all our current clients have an amazing experience
4) Collaborate with our team of professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets.

No, prior insurance experience is not required, however is preferred. We will provide all the training you need to excel.
Will I need to find our purchase my own leads?
Not at all. We supply all the screened leads you will need to succeed.

Is this a commission only position?
No, our compensation plan includes a base salary of $35,000 along with an industry leading commission structure and bonuses that rewards performance.

RequirementsLicensing: Must possess a valid Texas Property & Casualty License.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an Insurance Sales Environment, Allstate experience is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Tech Proficient: Familiarity with CRM platforms and other sales-related technologies.
Adaptability: Flexibility to thrive in both remote and office settings.
Motivated: Self-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
