ATM Operations Analyst-OMBP
To provide day-to-day analysis, research, and resolution of issues identified within the OMBP ATM network. Supports ATM hardware ordering, invoice processing, vendor management, performance monitoring, reporting, and project activities. Gathers and compiles operational data for recurring reports and collaborates with Home Office teams and global business units to support ATM operations.

Responsibilities
Analyze, research, and resolve ATM network issues, including technical or operational problems that affect service delivery
Monitor ATM performance and prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting for operational review
Coordinate the end-to-end ATM hardware purchase order process, including ordering, tracking, and delivery management
Validate, submit, and support payment of vendor invoices in accordance with established processes
Build and maintain positive working relationships with vendors to support issue resolution, hardware delivery, invoice processing, and ongoing ATM operational needs
Communicate with Home Office teams, in-country associates, and global business units to gather information and resolve operational matters
Support ATM-related projects by providing operational input, tracking assigned activities, and assisting with implementation needs
Organize and prioritize assigned work to meet reporting deadlines, purchase order timelines, invoice processing needs, and project commitments
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in ATM operations, payment operations, financial services operations, technology operations, or a related discipline
Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical or operational issues
Experience meeting reporting deadlines and compiling data for recurring reports
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
Understanding of ATM technology and operations, ATM monitoring tools, and ATM hardware/software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Operations Management, or related field; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
